Add New Maintenance Schedule

Maintenance Schedules

  1. Enter the plan name, required.
  2. Select a task type, required (only task types configured as applied to maintenance in the settings page can be selected. After selecting a task type, the task schedule content in step 9 will appear).
  3. Enter remarks.
  4. Fill in the task information related to the maintenance schedule, required.
  5. Select the assets and equipment that need maintenance for each task, required (only equipment entered in the Asset Management module can be selected).
  6. Select assignees for each task, required.
  7. Select reviewers for each task.
  8. Select a start time for each task.
  9. Select an end time for each task.
  10. Click the "Fill Down" button to quickly populate the column with the value from the first row.
  11. Click the "Clear All" button to clear all values in the column.
  12. Click to add a new task.
  13. Click to delete the task.
  14. Click to save the maintenance schedule as a draft (this will not trigger the creation of new tasks).
  15. Click to save the maintenance schedule and automatically create the related tasks.
